Refund & Returns

Because our products are research-use-only (RUO) compounds, returns are handled carefully to protect product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
• Products stored incorrectly after delivery.
• Items purchased for purposes other than legitimate laboratory research (see our Terms & Research Use Policy).

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, standard return rules above apply.

How to request a return

Email info@norecipe.eu or use our Contact page with your order number and reason. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
